华支睾吸虫病是由华支睾吸虫寄生于人体肝内胆管所引起的寄生虫病。国内外研究表明华支睾吸虫病与胆管癌的发生有关。本文报道1例华支睾吸虫病合并胆管癌误诊为肝脓肿的患者，以提高临床医师对华支睾吸虫病合并胆管癌的认识，减少误诊。

Clonorchiasis is a kind of parasitic disease caused by clonorchis sinensis parasitizing in human intrahepatic bile duct. A number of studies both domestic and abroad have shown that clonorchiasis is related to the occurrence of bile duct carcinoma. This paper reported a case of clonorchiasis complicated with cholangiocarcinoma misdiagnosed as liver abscess,in order to improve knowledge of clonorchiasis complicated with cholangiocarcinoma,and reduce the misdiagnosis.
