目的：探讨耳部真菌病的临床特征及其诊断治疗。方法：收治耳部真菌病患者135例，回顾性分析其临床表现及治疗随访资料。结果：随访1年后，总治疗有效率75.5%。且在复发及无效患者中，不良挖耳、没有坚持用药、合并有慢性中耳炎发生率均高于治疗有效的患者(P＜0.05)。结论：对耳部真菌病患者采取局部药物治疗可以得到较为满意的疗效，坚持遵医嘱用药及纠正不良习惯可有效防止耳部真菌病的复发。

목적：탐토이부진균병적림상특정급기진단치료。방법：수치이부진균병환자135례，회고성분석기림상표현급치료수방자료。결과：수방1년후，총치료유효솔75.5%。차재복발급무효환자중，불량알이、몰유견지용약、합병유만성중이염발생솔균고우치료유효적환자(P＜0.05)。결론：대이부진균병환자채취국부약물치료가이득도교위만의적료효，견지준의촉용약급규정불량습관가유효방지이부진균병적복발。
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of fungal diseases of the ear.Methods:135 patients with ear mycosis were selected.We analyzed the clinical manifestations and the treatment followed-up datas retrospectively.Results:After 1 year of follow-up,the total effective rate was 75.5%.And in the recurrent and invalid patients,the incidence rate of adverse macrocephalum,did not adhere,with chronic otitis media was higher than those of the effective treatment patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The otomycosis were taken local drug treatment can get satisfactory results.Adhere to prescribed medication and correcting bad habits can effectively prevent the recurrence of fungal disease of ear.
