结核病的发生、发展和转归不仅取决于结核分枝杆菌的数量和毒力,在很大程度上还取决于机体的免疫状态,其中自然杀伤( natural killer,NK)细胞在抗结核感染免疫中发挥重要作用。 NK细胞是参与机体固有免疫的重要细胞,可非特异性地识别靶细胞,产生细胞毒作用破坏溶解靶细胞,分泌细胞因子和趋化因子,同时具有免疫调节功能。通过抑制型和激活型两类受体识别靶细胞表面的主要组织相容复合物Ⅰ类抗原( MHC-Ⅰ),是NK细胞鉴别自我与非我、发挥作用的重要方式。研究NK细胞及其受体在结核病中的变化及机制将为结核病的免疫治疗提供新思路。

The occurrence, development and outcome of tuberculosis ( TB) depend on the number and virulence of mycobacterium tuberculosis, and are largely based on immune state of the body as well. The natural killer ( NK) cells play an important role in anti-tuberculosis immunity. NK cells are important cells of innate immunity, and can non-specif-ically identify the target cells. NK cells have cytotoxic activity to lyse the target cells, and have cytokine-producing and chemokine-producing activities with immunoregulatory functions at the same time. NK cells can identify major histocom-patibility complex-I ( MHC-Ⅰ) of target cells by activating and inhibitory surface receptors, and it is an important method to identify ego or nonego and produce effect in the process. The study on changes and mechanisms of NK cells in tubercu-losis may provide a new thinking of immunity and treatment of TB.
