目的:探讨空腹C肽(C0)、餐后2 hC肽(C2)与空腹C肽比值(C2/C0)与初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖波动的关系。方法选取2012年4月—2014年3月于泰州市第三人民医院内分泌科住院治疗的初诊2型糖尿病患者54例为研究对象。患者入院后测定C0、食用标准100 g馒头餐后2 hC肽( C2)水平,佩戴动态葡萄糖监测系统进行动态血糖监测72 h,记录日间平均血糖( MBG)、日间平均血糖波动幅度( MAGE)、血糖标准差( SDBG)、最大血糖波动幅度( LAGE)。分别比较C0≥1.1μg/L和<1.1μg/L、C2/C0≥3.0和<3.0患者上述指标水平的差异。结果 C0<1.1μg/L患者MBG、MAGE、SDBG、LAGE高于C0≥1.1μg/L患者,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。C2/C0<3.0患者MBG、MAGE、SDBG、LAGE高于C2/C0≥3.0患者,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 C0及C2/C0均能影响初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖波动,C0<1.1μg/L和C2/C0<3.0的患者血糖波动较大。

목적:탐토공복C태(C0)、찬후2 hC태(C2)여공복C태비치(C2/C0)여초진2형당뇨병환자혈당파동적관계。방법선취2012년4월—2014년3월우태주시제삼인민의원내분비과주원치료적초진2형당뇨병환자54례위연구대상。환자입원후측정C0、식용표준100 g만두찬후2 hC태( C2)수평,패대동태포도당감측계통진행동태혈당감측72 h,기록일간평균혈당( MBG)、일간평균혈당파동폭도( MAGE)、혈당표준차( SDBG)、최대혈당파동폭도( LAGE)。분별비교C0≥1.1μg/L화<1.1μg/L、C2/C0≥3.0화<3.0환자상술지표수평적차이。결과 C0<1.1μg/L환자MBG、MAGE、SDBG、LAGE고우C0≥1.1μg/L환자,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。C2/C0<3.0환자MBG、MAGE、SDBG、LAGE고우C2/C0≥3.0환자,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론 C0급C2/C0균능영향초진2형당뇨병환자혈당파동,C0<1.1μg/L화C2/C0<3.0적환자혈당파동교대。
Objective To investigate the effects of fasting C -peptide( C0 )and the ratio of C2/C0 on the blood glucose fluctuation in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods We enrolled 54 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients who were admitted into the Department of Endocrinology of the Third People's Hospital of Taizhou in Jiangsu Province from April 2012 to March 2014. The C0 ,C2 after 100 g steamed bun intake,72 h dynamic blood glucose monitor by wearing dynamic blood glucose monitoring system,MBG,MAGE,SDBG and LAGE of the patients were tested. The above indicators were compared between the patients with C0≥1. 1 μg/L and patients with C0 <1. 1 μg/L and between patients with C2/C0≥3. 0 and patients with C2/C0 <3. 0. Results The patients with C0 <1. 1 μg/L were significantly higher(P <0. 05)than the patients with C0≥1. 1 μg/L in MBG,MAGE,SDBG and LAGE. The patients with C2/C0 <3. 0 were significantly higher( P<0. 05)than the patients with C2/C0≥3. 0 in MBG,MAGE,SDBG and LAGE. Conclusion Fasting C-peptide and the ratio of C2/C0 both have influence on blood glucose fluctuations in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Patients with C0 <1. 1μg/L and C2/C0 <3. 0 have greater fluctution in blood glucose.
