当前环境信访形势十分严峻，信访总量居高不下。通过分析信访数据及其根源、特点与发展趋势，提出要善于运用群众工作的方法，正确树立政治观念，推进环境信访的有效解决。重点应采取六方面的措施：政务公开，信息要明；阳光监督，渠道要畅；调解沟通，立场要定；依法管理，监督要严；注重实效，切题要准；群防群治，反应要快。
噹前環境信訪形勢十分嚴峻，信訪總量居高不下。通過分析信訪數據及其根源、特點與髮展趨勢，提齣要善于運用群衆工作的方法，正確樹立政治觀唸，推進環境信訪的有效解決。重點應採取六方麵的措施：政務公開，信息要明；暘光鑑督，渠道要暢；調解溝通，立場要定；依法管理，鑑督要嚴；註重實效，切題要準；群防群治，反應要快。
당전배경신방형세십분엄준，신방총량거고불하。통과분석신방수거급기근원、특점여발전추세，제출요선우운용군음공작적방법，정학수립정치관념，추진배경신방적유효해결。중점응채취륙방면적조시：정무공개，신식요명；양광감독，거도요창；조해구통，립장요정；의법관리，감독요엄；주중실효，절제요준；군방군치，반응요쾌。
The increasingly serious status of environmental complaints brought the significantly increasing amount of environmental complaints. Through the analysis and comparison of complaint data, presented to settle the problems efficiently by applying the mass work method and using the political concept. The measures could be improved in the following six aspects: publicity of administrative affairs and effective information disclosure, direct supervision and smooth channel of complaint, just mediation, communication and standing firmly, managing according to the law and strictly supervising, stressing on practical results and relevant to the subject, relying on the mass and getting the vital point quickly.
