对酸酐工业化生产尾气内碳四碳五的来源做了分析,探讨了尾气内碳四碳五的回收及处理技术.研究表明,工业化生产酸酐尾气内碳四碳五的总含量达到189 mg/m3,经过回收后,尾气管道内碳四碳五的含量减少到55.7 mg/m3,最后经过尾气处理系统,碳四碳五的含量减少到16.7 mg/m3,达到排放标准,实现无味排放.

We analyze the sources of C4 and C5 in tail gas generated during the industrial production of Anhydride, and investigate the recycle and processing technology of C4 and C5. The study shows that the total content of C4 and C5 generated during the industrial production of Anhydride is up to 189 mg/m3. After recycle,the content of C4 and C5 in the tail gas pipe can be reduced to 55.7 mg/m3. Finally,after a tail gas treatment system,the content of C4 and C5 can be reduced to 16.7 mg/m3,which can meet the requirement of discharge and realize odorless emission.
