为深入研究叠层橡胶支座的力学性能,对叠层橡胶支座中的夹层钢板进行了拉伸力学性能试验。结果表明,叠层橡胶支座中夹层钢板在拉伸荷载较小时处于弹性阶段,拉伸变形较小,随着荷载的增大,钢板进入屈服阶段,产生明显的拉伸变形,因而在进行支座的有限元分析时,可以将钢板的应力-应变本构模型作为理想弹塑性模型进行模拟。
為深入研究疊層橡膠支座的力學性能,對疊層橡膠支座中的夾層鋼闆進行瞭拉伸力學性能試驗。結果錶明,疊層橡膠支座中夾層鋼闆在拉伸荷載較小時處于彈性階段,拉伸變形較小,隨著荷載的增大,鋼闆進入屈服階段,產生明顯的拉伸變形,因而在進行支座的有限元分析時,可以將鋼闆的應力-應變本構模型作為理想彈塑性模型進行模擬。

In order to study the mechanical property of laminated rubber bearing,the tensile mechanical property test of the steel sheet in the laminated rubber bearing was conducted in this paper. The results show that when the tensile load is small,the steel sheet in the laminated rubber bearing is in the elastic stage,and the tensile deformation of the steel sheet is small. As the tensile load increasing,the steel sheet yields,and the steel sheet produces significant tensile deformation. So when the finite element analysis of the laminated rubber bearing is conducted , the stress-strain constitutive model of the steel sheet in the laminated rubber bearing can be simulated as the ideal elastic-plastic model.
