高血压和糖尿病是常见病，二者并存显著增加患者的心血管风险，有效控制血压可延缓靶器官损害，减少各种糖尿病并发症的发生，降低心血管事件发生率及患者病死率。当前临床对于血压控制处于较低水平状态，有效的降压治疗包括合理的非药物治疗和药物治疗。现对高血压合并糖尿病患者的降压治疗做简要综述，以了解国内外研究现状，更好地指导临床工作。

Hypertension and diabetes are commonly encountered disease.The coexistence of the two diseases significantly increases cardiovascular risk, and valid controlling blood pressure can delay the target organ impairment,reduce all kinds of diabetic complications,and reduce the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular events.The effective antihypertensive therapy comprehend reasonable non-pharmacother-apy and pharmacotherapy.The article reviews the progress of antihypertensive therapy in hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus.
