目的：探讨食管胃底静脉曲张出血采用善得定及三腔二囊管压迫止血等综合治疗的临床效果。方法：收治食管胃底静脉曲张出血患者11例，运用善得定及三腔二囊管治疗，观察效果。结果：8例显效，2例有效，1例无效。结论：善得定及三腔二囊管治疗食管胃底静脉曲张出血疗效显著。

목적：탐토식관위저정맥곡장출혈채용선득정급삼강이낭관압박지혈등종합치료적림상효과。방법：수치식관위저정맥곡장출혈환자11례，운용선득정급삼강이낭관치료，관찰효과。결과：8례현효，2례유효，1례무효。결론：선득정급삼강이낭관치료식관위저정맥곡장출혈료효현저。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of rescuing esophageal gastric varices bleeding in the use of Sandostatin and three cavity two capsule compression hemostasis.Methods:11 patients with esophageal gastric varices bleeding were selected. Sandostatin and three cavity two capsule compression hemostasis were used.The clinical effect was observed.Results:8 cases were effective,2 cases were effective,and 1 cases was invalid.Conclusion:The clinical effect of rescuing esophageal gastric varices bleeding in the use of Sandostatin and three cavity two capsule compression hemostasis is outstanding.
