摩擦是影响钢板弹簧非线性的关键因素。基于CATIA建立某少片钢板弹簧几何模型,考虑接触摩擦,在ABAQUS中建立其有限元模型,分析不同摩擦下钢板弹簧的力学特性。通过5种摩擦系数和2种载荷的不同组合,获得不同载荷及摩擦对钢板弹簧刚度、应力分布及接触压力的影响规律。结果表明:在同一载荷状态下,钢板弹簧刚度随摩擦系数的增大而增大,应力与片间接触压力随摩擦系数的增大而减小;同一摩擦状态下,刚度随载荷的增加呈增长趋势,且摩擦系数越大该趋势越明显。研究结果可为兼顾刚度,强度及接触压力性能的钢板弹簧设计开发提供参考。

Friction properties are critical for non-linear characteristics of leaf spring. The geometric model is established based on CATIA software,next its FE model involved inter-contact friction is created in ABAQUS,then mechanical characteristics of leaf spring under different friction properties are analyzed. The influence law of various friction&load combinations on its stiffness,stress distribution and contact pressure is obtained by setting different inter-contact friction and load in the FE model of leaf spring. The main results are as follows. In the condition of same load,the stiffness of leaf spring increases with the increment of friction coefficient,but its stress and inter-contact pressure are contrary;In the state of same friction,it is found that its stiffness increases with load, especially in the case of high friction coefficient. The results presented in this paper may be helpful for the design and development of leaf spring considering its stiffness,strength and contact pressure.
