目的：探讨纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术治疗结核性支气管狭窄的临床效果。方法：收治结核性支气管狭窄患者60例，对其进行纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术治疗，观察其近期及远期治疗效果。结果：大部分患者治疗后获得较为理想的近期治疗效果，随访9个月后，70%患者病情好转或痊愈。结论：经纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术治疗结核性支气管狭窄效果良好。
目的：探討纖維支氣管鏡毬囊擴張術治療結覈性支氣管狹窄的臨床效果。方法：收治結覈性支氣管狹窄患者60例，對其進行纖維支氣管鏡毬囊擴張術治療，觀察其近期及遠期治療效果。結果：大部分患者治療後穫得較為理想的近期治療效果，隨訪9箇月後，70%患者病情好轉或痊愈。結論：經纖維支氣管鏡毬囊擴張術治療結覈性支氣管狹窄效果良好。
목적：탐토섬유지기관경구낭확장술치료결핵성지기관협착적림상효과。방법：수치결핵성지기관협착환자60례，대기진행섬유지기관경구낭확장술치료，관찰기근기급원기치료효과。결과：대부분환자치료후획득교위이상적근기치료효과，수방9개월후，70%환자병정호전혹전유。결론：경섬유지기관경구낭확장술치료결핵성지기관협착효과량호。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopic balloon dilation in the treatment of tuberculous bronchial stenosis.Methods:60 patients with tuberculous bronchial stenosis were selected.They were given bronchoscopic balloon dilatation therapy,then we observed the short-term and long-term therapeutic effect.Results:Most of the patients obtained ideal therapeutic effects after treatment.After followed-up for 9 months,there were 70% patients improved or recovered.Conclusion:Transbronchial balloon dilation in the treatment of tuberculous bronchial stenosis has good effect.
