目的：探讨超声刀在开放性甲状腺腺叶切除术中的应用。方法：收治开放性单侧甲状腺腺叶切除术患者71例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：超声刀组单侧甲状腺叶切除术手术时间、切口长度均短于电刀组(P＜0.05)。结论：超声刀应用于开放性甲状腺手术能简化手术步骤，减少手术时间，缩短手术切口长度，而不增加手术并发症。

목적：탐토초성도재개방성갑상선선협절제술중적응용。방법：수치개방성단측갑상선선협절제술환자71례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：초성도조단측갑상선협절제술수술시간、절구장도균단우전도조(P＜0.05)。결론：초성도응용우개방성갑상선수술능간화수술보취，감소수술시간，축단수술절구장도，이불증가수술병발증。
Objective:To investigate the ultrasonic scalpel applicated in the opening of the thyroid gland resection.Methods:71 patients with opening unilateral thyroid lobectomy were selected,and we analyzed their clinical data retrospectively.Results:Both the operation time and incision length of unilateral thyroidectomy in the ultrasonic scalpel group were less than the electric knife group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of ultrasonic scalpel in open thyroid operation can simplify the operation steps,reduce operation time,and shorten the operation incision,without increasing complications of operation.
