目的：观察使用小剂量激素治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法：收治更年期综合征妇女50例，进行小剂量激素替代治疗。结果：使用小剂量激素治疗更年期综合征，症状可以得到很大程度的缓解，患者的低密度脂蛋白比起用药治疗前有所下降，而高密度脂蛋白则比用药治疗前有所升高。促卵泡成熟的激素明显降低，子宫内膜的厚度及组织结构没有明显变化。结论：小剂量的激素治疗能有效地缓解女性更年期症状，是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

목적：관찰사용소제량격소치료경년기종합정적림상료효。방법：수치경년기종합정부녀50례，진행소제량격소체대치료。결과：사용소제량격소치료경년기종합정，증상가이득도흔대정도적완해，환자적저밀도지단백비기용약치료전유소하강，이고밀도지단백칙비용약치료전유소승고。촉란포성숙적격소명현강저，자궁내막적후도급조직결구몰유명현변화。결론：소제량적격소치료능유효지완해녀성경년기증상，시일충안전유효적치료방법。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of small dose of hormone therapy for patients with menopausal syndrome.Methods:50 women with menopausal syndrome were selected.They were treated with small dose of hormone replacement therapy.Results:Using small doses of hormone therapy for patients with menopausal syndrome,the symptoms can be alleviated greatly,the low density lipoprotein of patients decreased than before the drug treatment,while the high density lipoprotein was increased compared to the previous drug treatment.Follicle stimulating hormone decreased significantly,the thickness and structure of the endometrium did not change significantly.Conclusion:Small doses of hormone therapy can effectively relieve menopausal symptoms.It is a safe and effective treatment method.
