目的：探讨超声引导下介入治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法：收治卵巢囊肿患者110例，将其随机分为治疗组和观察组，其中治疗组80例，采取超声引导下介入治疗；对照组30例，采取外科手术治疗。结果：治疗组手术时间及医疗费用明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：超声引导下介入治疗卵巢囊肿显著优于传统的手术治疗。

목적：탐토초성인도하개입치료란소낭종적림상료효。방법：수치란소낭종환자110례，장기수궤분위치료조화관찰조，기중치료조80례，채취초성인도하개입치료；대조조30례，채취외과수술치료。결과：치료조수술시간급의료비용명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：초성인도하개입치료란소낭종현저우우전통적수술치료。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of interventional treatment of ovarian cyst under ultrasound guidance. Methods:110 patients with ovarian cyst were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group with 80 cases and the observation group with 30 cases.The treatment group were given interventional therapy under ultrasound guidance.The control group were taken surgical operation treatment.Results:The operation time and medical cost of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventional operation treatment of ovarian cyst under ultrasound guidance is significantly better than the traditional treatment.
