本文对产品设计人性化的相关概念进行了初步的界定：设计、产品设计、人性化以及搜救装备产品设计人性化等；架构了搜救装备产品设计人性化的逻辑阐释问题：诠释了搜救装备产品设计人性化的本质；基于“技术动态过程论“思想，构建了搜救装备产品设计人性化的实现机制。研究表明：应急搜救装备在产品设计环节是否融入人性化因素，如工效、安全风险因素，直接影响救援装备使用时的救灾效果；产品设计时如果不考虑模块化、可拆卸等功能，一旦发生事故，如何对所涉已投入使用的产品进行破拆都直接影响救灾进度。本研究对于深化设计哲学研究具有重要的理论意义，对于引导搜救装备产品设计人性化具有较强的现实意义。
