急性肺栓塞心电图常有QRS波异常、心律失常、ST-T异常和肺型P波等表现，心电图虽缺乏特异性，但在入院早期及时可行，可作为急性肺栓塞患者的筛查工具，提高肺栓塞的诊断率，有利于早期发现肺栓塞并及时采取正确的处理以改善患者预后。
急性肺栓塞心電圖常有QRS波異常、心律失常、ST-T異常和肺型P波等錶現，心電圖雖缺乏特異性，但在入院早期及時可行，可作為急性肺栓塞患者的篩查工具，提高肺栓塞的診斷率，有利于早期髮現肺栓塞併及時採取正確的處理以改善患者預後。
급성폐전새심전도상유QRS파이상、심률실상、ST-T이상화폐형P파등표현，심전도수결핍특이성，단재입원조기급시가행，가작위급성폐전새환자적사사공구，제고폐전새적진단솔，유리우조기발현폐전새병급시채취정학적처리이개선환자예후。
Acute pulmonary embolism’s electrocardiogram changes include QRS extraordinary wave,arrhythmia,ST-T extraordinary, changes of pulmonary P-wave,etc.Although the electrocardiogram changes of acute pulmonary embolism lack of specificity,but it is a timely manner in the early admission and can be used as a screening tool in patients with acute pulmonary embolism.In order to improve the diagno-sis rate of pulmonary embolism, it conducive to early detection of pulmonary embolism and take timely and correct processing to improve the prognosis of patients.
