目的：：探讨临床妇产科急腹症的治疗办法.方法：抽选我院收治的70例妇产科急腹症患者作为观察对象,综合确诊患者病情,并给予其对应治疗.结果：15例接受保守治疗,65例接受对应手术治疗,其中,手术治疗者平均手术时间为(61．4±3．1)min,术中平均出血时间为(35．5±2．3)ml,治疗有效率为98．57％.结论：针对临床妇产科急腹症,需综合多方面检查结果进行早期确诊,并进行对症治疗,以此来提高治疗效果.

목적：：탐토림상부산과급복증적치료판법.방법：추선아원수치적70례부산과급복증환자작위관찰대상,종합학진환자병정,병급여기대응치료.결과：15례접수보수치료,65례접수대응수술치료,기중,수술치료자평균수술시간위(61．4±3．1)min,술중평균출혈시간위(35．5±2．3)ml,치료유효솔위98．57％.결론：침대림상부산과급복증,수종합다방면검사결과진행조기학진,병진행대증치료,이차래제고치료효과.
Objective:To explore the clinical treatment of gynecological acute abdomen.Method:Lottery in our hospital,70 cases of gynecological acute abdomen in gynecology patients as the obserG vation obj ect,synthesis in patients with a diagnosis and give the corresponding treatment.Result:1 5 cases received conservative treatment,6 5 cases received corresponding surgery.Among them,surgical treatment,the mean operative time for (61.4 + 3.1)min,intraoperative average bleeding time (35.5+ 2.3)ml,and the effective rate of treatment was 98.57%.Conclusion:For clinical acute disease of Obstetrics and Gynecology,comprehensive examination results are early diagnosis,and symptomatic treatment,in order to improve the therapeutic effect.
