目的：探讨急性胰腺炎消化内科治疗的临床疗效。方法：收治急性胰腺炎患者90例，均采取抗感染、对症支持和抑制消化液分泌等内科治疗。结果：治疗后与治疗前相比疗效显著(P＜0.05)；治疗2周后，WBC、APAcHE-Ⅱ、白蛋白、血淀粉酶均明显低于治疗前(P＜0.05)。结论：急性胰腺炎采用对应的消化内科治疗具有良好的临床效果。

목적：탐토급성이선염소화내과치료적림상료효。방법：수치급성이선염환자90례，균채취항감염、대증지지화억제소화액분비등내과치료。결과：치료후여치료전상비료효현저(P＜0.05)；치료2주후，WBC、APAcHE-Ⅱ、백단백、혈정분매균명현저우치료전(P＜0.05)。결론：급성이선염채용대응적소화내과치료구유량호적림상효과。
Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment effect on acute pancreatitis in the department of gastroenterology. Methods:90 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected.They adopted anti infection,symptomatic support and inhibit the secretion of digestive juice and other internal medicine treatment.Results:The clinical effect of the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of WBC,APAcHE- II,albumin,and serum amylase were significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal medicine digestion treatment has good clinical effect on acute pancreatitis.
