目的：探讨经皮经肝胆道引流术的临床价值。方法：收治梗阻性黄疸患者44例，所有患者均行经皮经肝胆道引流术治疗。结果：治疗成功42例，治疗成功率95.5%，死亡2例，死亡率4.5%。且治疗后患者黄疸及皮肤瘙痒症状均明显改善，总胆红素显著降低。结论：将经皮经肝胆道引流术应用于梗阻性黄疸的治疗中可取得较好的效果，且具有操作简单、疗效好等优点。

목적：탐토경피경간담도인류술적림상개치。방법：수치경조성황달환자44례，소유환자균행경피경간담도인류술치료。결과：치료성공42례，치료성공솔95.5%，사망2례，사망솔4.5%。차치료후환자황달급피부소양증상균명현개선，총담홍소현저강저。결론：장경피경간담도인류술응용우경조성황달적치료중가취득교호적효과，차구유조작간단、료효호등우점。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage.Methods:44 patients with obstructive jaundice were selected.All patients underwent percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage treatment.Results:The treatments were successful in 42 cases,with a successful rate of 95.5% .2 cases died,the mortality rate was 45% .And after treatment the symptoms of jaundice and pruritus were significantly improved,total bilirubin decreased significantly.Conclusion:The percutaneous percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage applied to the treatment of patients with obstructive jaundice can achieve good results,and it has the advantages of simple operation,good curative effect and so on.
