目的：探讨肛垫悬吊手术治疗重度痔疮患者的临床效果。方法：收治重度痔疮患者46例，根据治疗方式不同随机分为观察组和对照组，各23例，观察组给予肛垫悬吊手术治疗，对照组给予传统手术进行治疗，比较临床治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组治愈时间短于对照组，并发症少于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：肛垫悬吊手术治疗重度痔疮，具有临床疗效高、治疗时间短、术后并发症少等优点。

목적：탐토항점현조수술치료중도치창환자적림상효과。방법：수치중도치창환자46례，근거치료방식불동수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각23례，관찰조급여항점현조수술치료，대조조급여전통수술진행치료，비교림상치료효과。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔고우대조조(P＜0.05)。관찰조치유시간단우대조조，병발증소우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：항점현조수술치료중도치창，구유림상료효고、치료시간단、술후병발증소등우점。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of anal cushion suspensory operation in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods:46 patients with severe hemorrhoids were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment methods,with 23 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were received anal cushion suspensory operation,while the control group were treated with traditional operation,then we compared the clinical curative effect in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cure time of patients in the observation group was shorter than the control group,and complications were less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anal cushion suspensory operation in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids has high clinical curative effect,with short treatment time,and it also has less postoperative complications and other advantages.
