艾滋病（ AIDS）患者由于HIV感染出现免疫功能受损，导致多种致命性机会性感染和恶性肿瘤的发生，AIDS相关腹泻是AIDS常见并发症之一。本文在前期研究的基础上，从AIDS相关腹泻的病因病机、治则方药、临床研究、方案制定和推广优化方面对AIDS相关腹泻中医药诊疗方案的制定过程进行总结，为中医药治疗AIDS并发症提供借鉴。

Fetal and opportunistic infection and malignant tumor usually occur in AIDS patients,for HIV damages the immunologic function of the body. AIDS related diarrhea is the common complication of AIDS. Based on previous research,we made a summary about the formulation process of TCM scheme on the diagnosis and treatment of AIDS related diarrhea from the aspects of pathogenesis, therapeutic principle, prescription, clinical research, scheme formulation, promotion and optimization,in order to provided references for the TCM treatment of the complications of AIDS.
