在民国时期，以东吴大学法学院为代表的英美法教育取得了一定成就。从设立初衷、办学宗旨、学制安排、课程设置、教学方法、教师选聘等方面考察，东吴法学院均取得了一定的积极成果与有益探索。放宽历史的视界，从东吴法学院的成功来看英美法教育在近代中国的命运，其所处的特定地点和时代背景是我们不容忽视的重要原因。东吴法学院在这种历史背景和特定空间中取得了某种意义上的成功，我们需要辩证地客观看待。
在民國時期，以東吳大學法學院為代錶的英美法教育取得瞭一定成就。從設立初衷、辦學宗旨、學製安排、課程設置、教學方法、教師選聘等方麵攷察，東吳法學院均取得瞭一定的積極成果與有益探索。放寬歷史的視界，從東吳法學院的成功來看英美法教育在近代中國的命運，其所處的特定地點和時代揹景是我們不容忽視的重要原因。東吳法學院在這種歷史揹景和特定空間中取得瞭某種意義上的成功，我們需要辯證地客觀看待。
재민국시기，이동오대학법학원위대표적영미법교육취득료일정성취。종설립초충、판학종지、학제안배、과정설치、교학방법、교사선빙등방면고찰，동오법학원균취득료일정적적겁성과여유익탐색。방관역사적시계，종동오법학원적성공래간영미법교육재근대중국적명운，기소처적특정지점화시대배경시아문불용홀시적중요원인。동오법학원재저충역사배경화특정공간중취득료모충의의상적성공，아문수요변증지객관간대。
During the period of the Republic of China,the Anglo-American law education made a success,such as the Comparative Law School of China. The law school made some positive results and significant exploration in original intention of founding,the purpose of running the school,length of schooling,curriculum, fashion of teaching,staff and so on. It's flouring was in the particular background and profited from its location. We also can understand the fate of Anglo-American law education in modern China by the rise and decline of the Comparative Law School. We should dialectically and objectively treat the history of the Comparative Law School.
