目的：探讨重组组织型纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂在治疗急性心肌梗死患者中的效果与价值。方法：对照组给予尿激酶治疗，干预组给予重组组织型纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果进行综合评估。结果：干预组患者治疗总有效率85.00%，明显高于对照组，死亡率明显低于对照组，数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：重组组织型纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂治疗急性心肌梗死疗效显著，可作为本病基础用药。

Objective:To explore the effect and value of recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Patients in the control group received urokinase treatment,while patients in the intervention group were given recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator treatment.We evaluated the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total efficiency of patients in the intervention group of 85%,which was significantly higher than the control group.The mortality rate was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05. Conclusion:Recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction has significant effect,which can be used as the basic treatment of the disease.
