安乐死作为一种实现人由生到死的转变的死亡方式，其对人的根本意义在于使人对专属于自己的生命有了一个更完整的掌握。人不仅可以决定自己如何生存，更应当有权决定自己如何死亡。而安乐死的实践需要一个合理的规范制度，以促使人们适当地行使权利，真正实现由权利为生命带来的价值。在我国现阶段，安乐死还设有合法化，但可以通过实施“事实上的非犯罪化要法律上的非犯罪化要宪法确定”这一规范路径最终实现安乐死的合法化。

Euthanasia is a way of death which realizes the change of people from birth to death, and its fundamental significance is to make people have a more complete control of their own life. People can decide how to live, and have the right to decide how to die as well. And the practice of euthanasia requires a reasonable standard system to encourage people to exercise their rights appropriately, and really realize the value of life brought by the right. At the present stage in our country, euthanasia has not been legalized, but its legalization can be eventually realized through the following path"decriminalization of the fact-decriminalization of the law-constitutional determination".
