目的：分析Ⅰ类切口眼科手术预防性应用抗菌药物的合理性。方法：收治Ⅰ类切口眼科手术患者410例，分析预防性应用抗菌药物的合理性。结果：共有248例患者预防性应用了抗菌类药物，所占比例60.48%。应用最多的抗菌药物是妥布霉素滴眼液和氧氟沙星滴眼液。结论：对于Ⅰ类切口眼科手术预防性应用抗菌药物的合理性程度较高，但仍然存在用药不合理情况。

목적：분석Ⅰ류절구안과수술예방성응용항균약물적합이성。방법：수치Ⅰ류절구안과수술환자410례，분석예방성응용항균약물적합이성。결과：공유248례환자예방성응용료항균류약물，소점비례60.48%。응용최다적항균약물시타포매소적안액화양불사성적안액。결론：대우Ⅰ류절구안과수술예방성응용항균약물적합이성정도교고，단잉연존재용약불합리정황。
Objective:To analyze prophylactic application of antimicrobial drug used in type I incision in the department of ophthalmology operation.Methods:410 patients with type I incision operation in the department of ophthalmology were selected, then we analyzed the rationality of prophylactic application of antibiotics.Results:A total of 248 patients were prophylacticly applicated antibacterial drugs,and the proportion was 60.48%.The most widely used antibacterial drugs are tobramycin eye drops and head ofloxacin eye drops.Conclusion:Using of antibiotics prophylacticly for type I incision in the department of ophthalmology operation has highly reasonable degree,but there are still unreasonable drug use.
