抗日战争胜利后，中国共产党在东北进行土地改革，决定土地改革成败的关键是乡村动员。论述了中国共产党在辽宁岫岩满族自治县进行乡村动员的方式，包括政策宣传、诉苦、挖“浮财”、划分阶级成分等。通过乡村动员有效调动了农民积极性，为解放战争的胜利准备了条件。

After the victory of Anti-Japanese War, the Chinese Communist Party has carried out land reform in the Northeast, but the key to the success or failure of land reform is rural mobili-zation. This paper states strategies for the Chinese Communist Party in Xiuyan Manchu Autono-mous County of Liaoning Province to implement rural mobilization, including policy advocacy, making complaints, digging "movable property” and classification of classes, etc. which have stimulated the enthusiasm of peasants and prepared conditions for the victory of Liberation War in China.
