心肌梗死导致大量的心肌细胞死亡并最终发展成为心力衰竭，致死率仍很高。外泌体是由细胞内的多囊泡小体与细胞膜融合后释放到胞外的小囊泡。外泌体通过运送蛋白质、RNA到靶细胞，起到细胞间的信息和物质传递作用。实验证明，心肌梗死后心肌细胞释放大量的外泌体到细胞间隙和血清中。现就外泌体在心肌梗死后心肌修复和治疗中的作用研究进行综述。

Myocardial infarction causes death of many cardiomyocytes and ultimately leads to heart failure.This incident remains a high death rate.Exosomes are intra-luminal vesicles released by the cell after the multivesicle bodies fused with the cell membrane.Exo-somes can transfer their proteins and RNA to the target cells, thereby function as vehicles in cell communication.Researches have shown that ischemic region in the infarcted heart secrete large number of exosomes to the intercellular compartment and serum.We describe the re-search advances of the role of exosomes in myocardial infarction in this article.
