目的：分析细胞因子信号转导抑制因子3（SOCS3）在早产和足月产胎盘组织中的表达，探讨该因子在早产发生中的意义。方法选取2013年2～10月解放军第三〇九医院收治的自发性早产患者30例（早产组），足月妊娠妇女30例（足月组），两组依据分娩方式的不同各分为阴道产、剖宫产，各15例，收集患者的绒毛、脐带、胎膜的胎盘组织，应用免疫组织化学法检测两组孕妇各胎盘组织中的SOCS3蛋白表达情况；半定量聚合酶链反应法检测SOCS3－mRNA在胎膜的表达情况，比较2组以及组织部位间SOCS3蛋白及基因表达强度。结果早产组所有患者SOCS3蛋白均表达阳性或强阳性，足月组蛋白表达程弱阳性或阴性，其中早产组SOCS3蛋白主要表达于细胞核和细胞质，足月组主要表达于细胞质；早产组绒毛、胎膜、脐带中 SOCS3蛋白表达阳性率显著强于足月组对应组织（ P ＜0．01）。结论 SOCS3蛋白表达强度与早产的发生、发展机制存在一定的联系，但与分娩方式无关。
目的：分析細胞因子信號轉導抑製因子3（SOCS3）在早產和足月產胎盤組織中的錶達，探討該因子在早產髮生中的意義。方法選取2013年2～10月解放軍第三〇九醫院收治的自髮性早產患者30例（早產組），足月妊娠婦女30例（足月組），兩組依據分娩方式的不同各分為陰道產、剖宮產，各15例，收集患者的絨毛、臍帶、胎膜的胎盤組織，應用免疫組織化學法檢測兩組孕婦各胎盤組織中的SOCS3蛋白錶達情況；半定量聚閤酶鏈反應法檢測SOCS3－mRNA在胎膜的錶達情況，比較2組以及組織部位間SOCS3蛋白及基因錶達彊度。結果早產組所有患者SOCS3蛋白均錶達暘性或彊暘性，足月組蛋白錶達程弱暘性或陰性，其中早產組SOCS3蛋白主要錶達于細胞覈和細胞質，足月組主要錶達于細胞質；早產組絨毛、胎膜、臍帶中 SOCS3蛋白錶達暘性率顯著彊于足月組對應組織（ P ＜0．01）。結論 SOCS3蛋白錶達彊度與早產的髮生、髮展機製存在一定的聯繫，但與分娩方式無關。
목적：분석세포인자신호전도억제인자3（SOCS3）재조산화족월산태반조직중적표체，탐토해인자재조산발생중적의의。방법선취2013년2～10월해방군제삼〇구의원수치적자발성조산환자30례（조산조），족월임신부녀30례（족월조），량조의거분면방식적불동각분위음도산、부궁산，각15례，수집환자적융모、제대、태막적태반조직，응용면역조직화학법검측량조잉부각태반조직중적SOCS3단백표체정황；반정량취합매련반응법검측SOCS3－mRNA재태막적표체정황，비교2조이급조직부위간SOCS3단백급기인표체강도。결과조산조소유환자SOCS3단백균표체양성혹강양성，족월조단백표체정약양성혹음성，기중조산조SOCS3단백주요표체우세포핵화세포질，족월조주요표체우세포질；조산조융모、태막、제대중 SOCS3단백표체양성솔현저강우족월조대응조직（ P ＜0．01）。결론 SOCS3단백표체강도여조산적발생、발전궤제존재일정적련계，단여분면방식무관。
Objective To analyze the expression of suppressors of cytokine signaling 3(SOCS3) in pla-cental tissue of premature delivery and full term delivery,and to evaluate significance of the factor in prema-ture delivery.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 30 patients as premature group who had sponta-neous premature delivery and 30 pregnant women as full term group with normal delivery from Feb .to Oct. 2013 in Chinese PLA 309th Hospital.Each group included vaginal delivery and cesarean section,15 cases respectively.The placenta tissue of villi, umbilical cord, membranes were collected, and the expression of SOCS3 protein in the above tissues was analyzed by immunohistochemistry method .RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of SOCS3-mRNA.The intensity of SOCS3 protein expression between different and tis-sues were compared.Results SOCS3 protein in all cases of premature delivery group were positive or strong positive,while weakly positive or negative in full term delivery group; SOCS3 protein expression was mainly in the nucleus and cytoplasm in premature delivery group,while was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm in full term delivery group;SOCS3 protein expression in the villi,umbilical cord and fetal membranes in the prema-ture delivery group was stronger than full term delivery group;SOCS3 protein expression on fetal membrane was higher than villi,umbilical cord in the premature delivery group;SOCS3-mRNA expression in premature delivery group was significantly higher than the full term delivery group(all P<0.01).Conclusion The in-tensity of SOCS3 protein expression has a certain correlation with occurrence and development of premature delivery,but it has no correlation with the way of delivery.
