目的：对肛周脓肿患者给予一期根治术，观察其临床治疗效果。方法选取我院于2013年3月至2015年4月确诊为肛周脓肿的患者80例，作为本次的研究对象，将其随机分为实验组与对照组，对照组40例患者给予切开引流术，实验组40例患者给予一期根治术，观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果两组患者比较，实验组患者治愈率为96.00%，对照组患者治愈率为62.50%，差异显著，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论对于患有肛周脓肿的患者给予一期根治术的治疗，临床治疗疗效显著，且安全可靠，操作简单，具有较理想的临床应用价值。
목적：대항주농종환자급여일기근치술，관찰기림상치료효과。방법선취아원우2013년3월지2015년4월학진위항주농종적환자80례，작위본차적연구대상，장기수궤분위실험조여대조조，대조조40례환자급여절개인류술，실험조40례환자급여일기근치술，관찰량조환자림상치료효과。결과량조환자비교，실험조환자치유솔위96.00%，대조조환자치유솔위62.50%，차이현저，P＜0.05，구유통계학의의。결론대우환유항주농종적환자급여일기근치술적치료，림상치료료효현저，차안전가고，조작간단，구유교이상적림상응용개치。
ABSTRACT:objective crissum abscess were treated for a period of radical, observe its clinical therapeutic effect. Selection methods our hospital from March 2013 to April 2015 diagnosed with crissum abscess patients 80 cases, as the research object, its were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 40 cases patients with incision drainage, the experimental group, 40 patients were given a period radical to observe clinical therapeutic effect in both groups. Results two groups of patients were compared, and the experimental group patients cure rate was 96.00%, the patients in control group was 62.50%, significant difference, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion for patients with crissum abscess for a period of radical treatment, the clinical curative effect, safe and reliable, simple operation, has the ideal value of clinical application.
