为分析泡沫吸波材料的隐身性能,建立了硬质聚氨酯基泡沫夹层吸波材料制作的三角面角反射器(TTCR)、圆柱体、三棱柱的模型,利用CST软件求解其在不同频率、不同入射角度的情况下的雷达散射截面(RCS),制作相应的实体构件对模型实测校验。计算结果与实际测量结果对比,RCS的主、副瓣位置基本相同,峰值误差在5 dBsm以内。使用该方法对某型电大尺寸车辆目标单站RCS进行预估,结果表明,计算电大尺寸目标时得到的结果与理论相符。

In order to analysis the stealth property of foam sandwich absorbing material rapidly, models of TTCR, cylinder and tri-angular prism which was made of rigid polyurethane based foam sandwich absorbing material were established and RCS was calculated in situation of different frequencies and different angles by CST software. Comparisons of the tested results and calculated results show that the main lobe and side lobe are almost in the same position and the peak error is within 5 dBsm. Finally, monostatic RCS of a certain type of electrically large vehicle target were calculated. Results show that the result with this method is in agreement with the theory when dealing with electr large scale target.
