目的:观察不同剂量辣椒素对豚鼠实验性高脂血症的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法将48只豚鼠随机分为六组:正常对照组、模型组、辣椒素低剂量组、辣椒素中剂量组、辣椒素高剂量组及辛伐他汀组。正常对照组给予普通饲料,而其余各组给予高脂饲料,三个辣椒素组豚鼠在高脂饮食的同时,加喂辣椒素2.5 mg/kg、5 mg/kg、10 mg/kg。饲养14周后,取血检测血清脂质、丙二醛含量和超氧化物岐化酶活性。结果喂养高脂饲料14周后,模型组及辣椒素组豚鼠血脂含量明显增高。与模型组相比,辣椒素组豚鼠的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B100及丙二醛水平显著降低( P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白及超氧化物岐化酶活性显著升高( P<0.05)。结论辣椒素在体内具有抗高脂血症形成的作用,其机制与降低血清过氧化脂质水平、提高抗脂质过氧化有关。

목적:관찰불동제량랄초소대돈서실험성고지혈증적영향,탐토기가능적작용궤제。방법장48지돈서수궤분위륙조:정상대조조、모형조、랄초소저제량조、랄초소중제량조、랄초소고제량조급신벌타정조。정상대조조급여보통사료,이기여각조급여고지사료,삼개랄초소조돈서재고지음식적동시,가위랄초소2.5 mg/kg、5 mg/kg、10 mg/kg。사양14주후,취혈검측혈청지질、병이철함량화초양화물기화매활성。결과위양고지사료14주후,모형조급랄초소조돈서혈지함량명현증고。여모형조상비,랄초소조돈서적총담고순、감유삼지、저밀도지단백、재지단백B100급병이철수평현저강저( P<0.05),고밀도지단백급초양화물기화매활성현저승고( P<0.05)。결론랄초소재체내구유항고지혈증형성적작용,기궤제여강저혈청과양화지질수평、제고항지질과양화유관。
Objective To investigate the effect of capsaicin on experimental hyperlipoidemia in guinea pigs and its potential mechanism .Method 48 guinea pigs were randomly divided into 6 groups which were normal control group , model group ,low‐dose capsaicin group(2 .5 mg/kg) ,mid‐dose capsaicin group(5 mg/kg) ,high‐dose capsaicin group (10 mg/kg)and the simvastatin group .Normal control group was given normal diet ,while other groups were given high fat diet .The three capsaicin groups were fed capsaicin 2 .5mg/kg ,5mg/kg ,10mg/kg respectively .After feeding for 14 weeks ,blood serum lipids ,malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase activity were measured .Result After 14 weeks of high fat diet ,the lipid content of model group and three capsaicin groups were significantly increased .Com‐pared with model group ,the level of total cholesterol ,triglycerides ,low density lipoprotein ,apolipoprotein B100 and malondialdehyde were significantly decreased(P<0 .05) ,the level of high density lipoprotein and activity of superox‐ide dismutase were significantly increased(P<0 .05) .Conclusion After 14 weeks of high fat diet ,the lipid content of model group and three capsaicin groups were significantly increased .Compared with model group ,the level of total cholesterol ,triglycerides ,low density lipoprotein ,apolipoprotein B100 and malondialdehyde were significantly de‐creased(P<0 .05) ,the level of high density lipoprotein and activity of superoxide dismutase were significantly in‐creased(P<0 .05) .
