目前汕头特区制造业实施清洁生产主要办法是强制性清洁生产审核。提高清洁生产效率，全面推行清洁生产行动，需要对原有的单一实施策略进行优化。结合汕头中小企业实际，以汕头化工行业龙头企业———爱思开公司为例，参考广州清洁生产实施推广模式，对汕头制造业的清洁生产实施策略优化提出可行性建议。

Currently, the mandatory audit is the main alternative for cleaner production assessment for manufacture industry in Shantou, while a comprehensive plan is needed to increase the efficiency and promote the cleaner production program. This paper provided some suggestions for Shantou's manufacturing industry to achieve cleaner production through the case analysis on Ai Lixi Company, which is the Shantou's leading company in the chemical industry, and the examination of Guangzhou's promotion model for cleaner production.
