目的：研究分析老年心脑血管病症，为该病的预防与诊治提供科学、合理的临床资料。方法选取2013年9月～2014年9月我院收治的老年心脑血管病患者150例，将其分为心血管组与脑血管组，并进行回顾性分析。结果150例老年心脑血管患者，经过治疗，出现好转并顺利出院140例（93.33%），死亡10例（6.67%）。其中在120例接诊过程中死亡4例，入院1天内、入院1～3天内、入院3天以上、分别死亡3例、2例、1例。结论心脑血管疾病多发于老年人，对患者日常生活产生了重要影响，相关医疗工作者应当认真分析老年心脑血管病症的临床特征，采取相应的诊疗措施，提升老年心脑血管病症的疗效，降低该病的死亡率。

ObjectiveTo provide scientiifc and reasonable clinical data for the prevention and treatment of the disease.MethodsFrom September 2013 to September,150 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in our hospital were divided into cardiovascular and cerebrovascular groups,and were retrospectively analyzed.Results150 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, after treatment,140 cases (93.33%) appeared improved and discharged,10 cases (6.67%) died.Among 120 cases admissions process in 4 cases of death, was admitted to the hospital within 1 day, admission of 1~3 days,admission for more than 3 days, respectively,had died in 3 cases,2 cases and 1 case.ConclusionCardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,multiple in the elderly,has an important impact on the daily life,medical workers should be a careful analysis of the clinical features in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, to take corresponding treatment measures, improve the efifciency and quality of elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease diagnosis and treatment,reduce the mortality rate of the disease.
