“体面劳动”的理念已经为世界各国所接受,并成为联合国系统推动的千年发展目标之一。与大中企业相比,我国小微企业劳动者还存在着大量的体面劳动赤字,保障小微企业劳动者实现体面劳动是我国劳动法制的紧迫任务和时代使命。应根据小微企业自身的特点对小微企业劳动关系作出特别的制度安排,这样才能既促进小微企业健康发展又能保障小微企业员工体面劳动的实现。
“體麵勞動”的理唸已經為世界各國所接受,併成為聯閤國繫統推動的韆年髮展目標之一。與大中企業相比,我國小微企業勞動者還存在著大量的體麵勞動赤字,保障小微企業勞動者實現體麵勞動是我國勞動法製的緊迫任務和時代使命。應根據小微企業自身的特點對小微企業勞動關繫作齣特彆的製度安排,這樣纔能既促進小微企業健康髮展又能保障小微企業員工體麵勞動的實現。

The concept of “decent work”has been accepted all over the world,and it is also one of the Millennium Development Goals of united union.Compared with working in the large and medium-sized enterprises,the workers in China's micro and small enterprises have a large number of deficit in decent work .It is the urgent task and mission of present times in labor laws to safeguard the workers in the small and micro enterprises to achieve the decent work,we should make special arrangements accord-ing to small micro enterprises'own characteristics so that we can not only develop the micro and small enterprises well,but also ensure the workers in the micro and small enterprises to get decent work .
