结合当前银基触头材料制备的研究现状,介绍了Ag-SnO 2触头材料的传统制备方法——合金内氧化法和粉末冶金法,分析了各种新技术在传统制备工艺中的应用。综述了近年来国内外Ag-SnO 2触头材料的新型制备工艺,对比讨论了各种制备方法的优缺点,并在现有制备技术的基础上,展望了Ag-SnO 2触头材料制备的发展趋势。
結閤噹前銀基觸頭材料製備的研究現狀,介紹瞭Ag-SnO 2觸頭材料的傳統製備方法——閤金內氧化法和粉末冶金法,分析瞭各種新技術在傳統製備工藝中的應用。綜述瞭近年來國內外Ag-SnO 2觸頭材料的新型製備工藝,對比討論瞭各種製備方法的優缺點,併在現有製備技術的基礎上,展望瞭Ag-SnO 2觸頭材料製備的髮展趨勢。

Combined with the recent research status of the preparation of silver based contact materials, the traditional preparation methods of Ag-SnO 2 electric contact materials are introduced, such as internal oxidizing alloy powder and powder metallurgy. The application of new technologies in the traditional preparation process are analyzed. Domestic and foreign new preparation methods of silver based contact materials in recent years are summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of these preparation methods are compared and discussed. Finally, on the basis of the existing preparation techniques, the development trend of the preparation technologies of Ag-SnO 2 electric contact materials is prospected.
