压电俘能器以其微型、环保、自供能的特点在微电子设备应用领域得到广泛关注。从压电俘能器常用的压电材料出发,简单总结了目前应用最广泛的压电陶瓷 PZT、压电复合材料 PVDF、1-3型压电纤维复合材料的性能和制备方法;阐述了压电俘能器的结构设计,在此基础上从提高压电能量俘获的效率和功率的角度重点介绍了接口电路的类型和俘获能量的效果,总结了压电俘能技术未来的研究趋势和方向。

Piezoelectric energy harvesters receive more attention because of their advantages of miniature, environmental protection, self-powered in the field of microelectronics device applications. The performance and preparation methods of the most widely used piezoelectric ceramics PZT, piezoelectric composite PVDF, and 1-3 piezoelectric fibers composite materials based on the piezoelectric materials for piezoelectric energy harvesters were reviewed. In addition, the structure design of piezoelectric energy harvesters was discussed briefly. Then, it focuses on the type of the interface circuit and energy harvesting effect from the perspective of improving energy harvesting power and efficiency. At the same time, the piezoelectric energy harvesting technology trends and directions for future research were summarized.
