针对现有远程荧光封装光源空间色温分布不均匀的问题,提出了一种间隙型荧光粉涂敷方法。通过在透明基板的不同位置上预留环状间隙,以及控制环状间隙的宽度来调节空间色温分布。理论分析和仿真都表明了这种方法能够改善空间色温分布均匀性,实验结果显示,在56 mm 直径的透明基板上,随着环形间隙直径或者间隙宽度的增大,最小的色温差异先减小后增大。当环形间隙直径为44 mm,间隙宽度为1 mm时,白光LED的最小色温差异达到752 K。

Aiming at the non-uniform correlated color temperature (CCT) distribution problem in space of remote phosphor packaged source, a gap structure of phosphor coating was proposed. By reserving an annular gap at different location and controlling the width of the annular gap the CCT distribution in space on transparent substrate was adjusted. Both theoretical analysis and simulation show that the CCT distribution uniformity in space can be improved in this way, experimental results show that, on a transparent substrate of 56 mm diameter, with the increase of the annular gap diameter or width, minimum color temperature decreases first and then increases. When the diameter of the annular gap is 44 mm and the width of the annular gap is 1 mm, the least CCT difference of 752 K in white LED is achieved.
