目的：研究中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶( NE)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病( COPD)患者血清的表达及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验( ELASA)检测46例COPD患者和40例正常对照组血清NE表达水平并进行分析比较。结果 COPD患者血清NE水平高于对照组水平,差异有显著性( P<0．05)；NE的表达与COPD的临床分期有关,急性加重期NE水平高于稳定期,差异有显著性( P<0．05) ,稳定期与对照组无明显差异( P>0．05)；NE的表达与COPD的临床分级有关,Ⅳ级高于Ⅲ级,Ⅲ级高于Ⅱ级,Ⅱ级高于Ⅰ级,Ⅰ级高于对照组,差异均有显著性( P<0．05)。结论 NE表达与COPD的发生发展有一定的关系,动态测定COPD患者血清NE水平具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To study neutrophil elastase ( NE) expression and its clinical significance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) . Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELASA) was used to detect the level of NE in 40 cases of normal control and 46 cases of patients with COPD. Results Serum NE level with COPD was high-er than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05);NE expression is associated with the clinical stage of asthma,acute aggravating period of NE level higher than that of plateau,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05),stability and the control group no significant difference (P>0. 05);NE expression is associated with the clinical classification of asthma,levels ⅣaboveⅢ,levelsⅢaboveⅡ,Ⅱlevel aboveⅠ,Ⅰlevel is higher than the control group,the difference had statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion The expression of NE has a certain relationship with the oc-currence and development of COPD, and has important clinical significance of determination of serum NE in patients with COPD.
