以12份向日葵杂交种和18份向日葵亲本为材料,利用 SSR 分子标记,从502对 SSR 引物中筛选了34对核心引物。34对引物在30份研究材料中共检测到81个多态性片段,平均每对引物的多态性片段为2.38个。基于34个 SSR 标记的扩增结果,利用 NTsys 2.10e 软件计算遗传相似系数,并建立 UPGMA 聚类图,结果表明:30份材料之间的遗传相似系数变化范围为0.4320~0.9012,在遗传相似系数0.62处可以将30份材料分为两大类,一定程度上反映了材料间的亲缘关系。同时 SSR 标记指纹图谱的建立为向日葵品种纯度和真伪鉴定提供了科学数据。

34 core SSR primers were selected from 502 SSR primers on 12 sunflower hybrids and 18 parental lines used SSR. 81 polymorphic DNA bands were detected by using 34 core SSR primers with averaged 2.38 bands per primer. Ge-netic similarity coefficient was computed using the software NTsys 2.10e, and a dendrogram of genetic relationship was con-structed using UPGMA method. The results indicated that the genetic similarity ranged from 0.432 0~0.901 2 among 30 cultivars. Two cluster groups were classified with the similarity coefficient of 0.62, revealed the genetic relatives among culti-vars. The sunflower SSR construction of DNA fingerprinting provided scientific data for identification as well as determination of purity of the sunflower cultivars.
