目前，股权质押作为一种崭新的融资模式，得到了迅猛的发展，并越来越受到各个企业的重视，股权质押质权人的风险问题也随之越来越受到关注，因此，充分利用股权质押的风险分析思路，对股权质押质权人的风险类别及其产生的原因进行了分析，并从质权人自身及监管者两个方面提出了相应的防范对策。

Nowadays,as a new financing method,the stock pledge is developing rapidly and much at-tention is paid to it by varieties of companies.Analyzing the risks about the pledgees of the stock pledge and their countermeasures contributes to grasp the change of the market,to learn about the de-velopment trend,and to exploit its advantages.Based on the previous research on the theme,the pa-per analyzes the risks about the pledgees of the stock pledge.Meanwhile,with the analysis of the cau-ses of the risks,the preventing strategies are put forward in the eyes of regulators and pledgees.
