目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)在内脏动脉瘤诊断中的价值及其影像学表现。方法收集我院2008年1月~2015年1月诊断为内脏动脉瘤(VAA)的患者41例。回顾性分析MSCTA资料,评价后处理在诊断内脏动脉瘤的准确性。结果41例内脏动脉瘤患者中,18例患者经DSA确诊,其余23例综合临床资料确诊。41例在MSCTA影像学中诊断为VAA与综合临床资料诊断为VAA的结果相符,诊断的特异性及敏感性为100%。总共查出动脉瘤43个,26例脾动脉瘤(60.46%),9例肝动脉瘤(20.94%),6例肾动脉瘤(13.95%),2例肠系膜上动脉瘤(4.65%),其中2例患者脾动脉瘤合并肝动脉瘤。结论 MSCTA是一种无创、准确、可靠的内脏动脉瘤诊断技术,为临床制定治疗方案提供重要信息。

목적:탐토다층라선CT혈관성상(MSCTA)재내장동맥류진단중적개치급기영상학표현。방법수집아원2008년1월~2015년1월진단위내장동맥류(VAA)적환자41례。회고성분석MSCTA자료,평개후처리재진단내장동맥류적준학성。결과41례내장동맥류환자중,18례환자경DSA학진,기여23례종합림상자료학진。41례재MSCTA영상학중진단위VAA여종합림상자료진단위VAA적결과상부,진단적특이성급민감성위100%。총공사출동맥류43개,26례비동맥류(60.46%),9례간동맥류(20.94%),6례신동맥류(13.95%),2례장계막상동맥류(4.65%),기중2례환자비동맥류합병간동맥류。결론 MSCTA시일충무창、준학、가고적내장동맥류진단기술,위림상제정치료방안제공중요신식。
Objective To investigate the value and the imaging of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of visceral artery aneurysms and the imaging findings. Methods All 41 patients diagnosed with visceral artery aneurysms were enrolled in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2015. The MSCTA data were retrospectively analyzed and the diagnosis accuracy of visceral artery aneurysms by after-process function were evaluated. Results In the 41 cases of visceral aneurysm patients, 18 patients were diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography, and the remaining 23 cases were diagnosed according the comprehensive clinical data. 41 cases diagnosed as VAA by MSCTA were similar with the results diagnosed by clinical data. The diagnostic specificity and sensitivity were 100%. A total of 43 aneurysms were diagnosed,with 26 splenic artery aneurysm(60.46%),9 hepatic artery aneurysm(20.94%),6 renal artery aneurysm(13.95%), 2 superior mesenteric artery aneurysm(4.65%). Among them, 2cases of splenic artery aneurysms were combined with hepatic artery aneurysm. Conclusion Multislice CT angiography is a noninvasive, accurate and reliable diagnostic techniques of visceral aneurysms,and it providing an important clinical treatment information.
