利用改良 MS 培养基,对向日葵野生种的茎尖组织进行离体培养,快速获得无菌母株。将无菌母株的节间组织和茎尖组织切割后在添加根皮苷、硝酸银和水解酪蛋白的培养基上继代培养,进一步扩繁出大量植株。在继代培养之前通过将外植体浸入 IBA 溶液诱导生根。采用离体培养技术,在较短时间内获得了大量遗传稳定性一致的个体,为进一步科研工作提供数量充足的植株材料。
利用改良 MS 培養基,對嚮日葵野生種的莖尖組織進行離體培養,快速穫得無菌母株。將無菌母株的節間組織和莖尖組織切割後在添加根皮苷、硝痠銀和水解酪蛋白的培養基上繼代培養,進一步擴繁齣大量植株。在繼代培養之前通過將外植體浸入 IBA 溶液誘導生根。採用離體培養技術,在較短時間內穫得瞭大量遺傳穩定性一緻的箇體,為進一步科研工作提供數量充足的植株材料。
이용개량 MS 배양기,대향일규야생충적경첨조직진행리체배양,쾌속획득무균모주。장무균모주적절간조직화경첨조직절할후재첨가근피감、초산은화수해락단백적배양기상계대배양,진일보확번출대량식주。재계대배양지전통과장외식체침입 IBA 용액유도생근。채용리체배양기술,재교단시간내획득료대량유전은정성일치적개체,위진일보과연공작제공수량충족적식주재료。
Germ-free plants of sunflower wild species were obtained by shoot-tip tissue culture in vitro with modified MS medium. The sterile section and shoot-tip of the plant were cut and further subculture on the medium containing phloridzin, silver nitrate and casein hydrolysate in order to propagate large quantity plants. Prior to the subculture, the explants were immerse in IBA solution for rooting induction. A lot of plants with genetic stability were got by vitro culture technology, and provide sufficient quantity of plant material for further research in a relatively short time.
