目的:了解楚雄地区公立医院护理人员工作现状。方法采用方便抽样的方法选择楚雄州内的公立医院,用自行设计的问卷对工作1年以上的护理人员进行问卷调查,共发放问卷230份,回收220份,整理有效问卷216份。对调查数据进行了χ2检验。结果①目前护理队伍,无论年龄还是年资总体趋于年轻化。②护理人力资源数量不足,编外护士比例大,收入水平偏低。③工作环境评价良好,家人支持工作,但护理人员职业认可低,发展机会少,工作压力大。④不同医院级别里的护士离职意愿不同(P<0.05)。结论楚雄地区护理人力资源数量不足,应从年龄、职称、收入及技术培训等方面优化护理队伍,促进护理队伍的稳定健康发展。

Objective To investigate the present situation of nursing work of public hospital in Chuxiong.Methods 230 samples coming from public hospitals of Chuxiong was investigated by returned questionnaire survey.Finally,220 questionnires was collect-ed and 216 questionnaires is valid.We use the following methods to analyze data ,analysis of variance and descriptive statistic.Results①The currently, nursing team Whether age or seniority overall tend to be younger. ②Insufficient number of nursing hu-man resources, a large proportion of supernumerary nurses, low income levels. ③The environmental evaluation of work is good, family support, but the profession recognized of nursing is low, less development opportunities, the work pressure.④Different levels of hospital nurses in resign intention different(P<0.05), using chi-square-level segmentation for each hospital nurse resign inten-tion comparisons between secondary level hospitals Three stage second grade hospital , Tertiary level hospitals of nurse resign in-tention was no difference (P>0.05), between two grade hospital and secondary level hospitals,Three stage second grade hospital, Tertiary level hospitals of nurse resign intention differences (P=0.003).Conclusion The nursing human resource of Chuxiong was unenough. It,s need to optimize structure from of age, job title, income, preparation and technical training.in order to promote sta-ble development of nursing team.
