目的：探讨ERCP术后近期并发症产生的原因、临床表现及防治管理措施。方法选取该院2014年3月-2015年3月期间进行治疗的胆总管结石患者共100例，所有患者均行ERCP术，回顾分析其临床资料。结果 ERCP术后，100例患者出现并发症的有6例，其中急性胰腺炎的有4例，出现上消化道出血的有1例，十二指肠穿孔的有1例。患者经过内科治疗之后恢复健康。结论ERCP术后并发症的预防管理非常重要，要严格掌握好适应证和禁忌证，降低并发症的发生。

목적：탐토ERCP술후근기병발증산생적원인、림상표현급방치관리조시。방법선취해원2014년3월-2015년3월기간진행치료적담총관결석환자공100례，소유환자균행ERCP술，회고분석기림상자료。결과 ERCP술후，100례환자출현병발증적유6례，기중급성이선염적유4례，출현상소화도출혈적유1례，십이지장천공적유1례。환자경과내과치료지후회복건강。결론ERCP술후병발증적예방관리비상중요，요엄격장악호괄응증화금기증，강저병발증적발생。
Objective To investigate the reason, ERCP postoperative complications of the clinical manifestations and prevention measures. Methods A total of 100 patients with common bile duct stones treated in our hospital from 2014 March to 2015 March, all patients underwent ERCP surgery, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results After ERCP, 100 patients with com-plications were 6 cases, including 4 cases of acute pancreatitis, the occurrence of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in 1 cases, there were 1 cases of duodenal perforation. Patients after Department of internal medicine treatment recovery. Conclusion The prevention of postoperative complications of ERCP management is very important, must be strictly grasp the indications and con-traindications, reduce the incidence of complications.
