通过正交试验研究了添加不同种类及用量的抗菌剂和生物质粉对生物质粉/HDPE复合材料抗菌性能和物理力学性能的影响。研究结果如下:生物质粉/HDPE复合材添加SHT-115(高分子有机无机复合抗菌剂)和SHT-860(高分子有机抗菌剂)对大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果要优于SHT-120(纳米银无机抗菌剂);稻草粉制备的复合材具有最好的抑菌效果,其次是竹粉;生物质粉种类对弯曲强度、弯曲模量、冲击强度以及拉伸强度的影响均具有显著性,其中木粉效果最好;生物质粉/HDPE的比例对复合材料拉伸强度的影响具有显著性,而抗菌剂对其没有显著影响。

We studied the mechanical and antibacterial properties of lignocellulosic powder/high density polyethylene ( HDPE) composites with different types and contents of powder and antibacterial agents.SHT-115 and SHT-860 had antimicrobial activities to the pathogenic Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, respevtively, and they were superior to SHT-120. Straw powder reinforced composites showed the best antimicrobial activities, and bamboo was better than wood powders. The type of lignocellulosic powder had a significant impact on the bending strength, bending modulus, impact strength and tensile strength of the composites.Wood powder provided the best reinforcement among bamboo and straw powders.The proportion of lignocellulosic powder to HDPE showed a significant influence on the tensile strength of composites, while an-timicrobial agents had no significant influence on it.
