目的:了解健康管理专业实践教学的现状,基于PDCA理论来改善实践教学效果。方法对参加医院见习的32名2012级健康管理专业学生进行问卷调查,并对见习医院3名科教管理者、12名带教老师及10名见习生进行访谈。结果①57.5%的学生对此次见习的总体评价表示满意,81.2%和78.2%的学生分别对自身的知识掌握度、技能掌握度评价处于基本达标水准,学生实际收获的技能与希望值基本吻合;②见习大纲的设计教师,医院临床人员,与学生对见习的定位有待进一步协调统一。结论见习是健康管理专业实践性教学的重要组成部分,有助于学生体验理论知识向实践环节的转化过程,并掌握基本技能,今后需继续提升见习质量。

Objectives To investigate the condition of health management of general practice,and to improve the quality of health management professional trainee based on PDCA theory. Methods The questionnaire was conducted by 32 students (entered the school in 2012) who were involved in the general practice program of health management. Depth interview was given to 3 hospital administrators, 12 clinical teachers and 10 student representatives. Results①There are 57.5%of students satisfied about the gen-eral condition of clinical probation, students who evaluate their ability to grasp the knowledge to a basic standard and those who concerned about the skills constitute 81.2% and 78.2% respectively. Skills that students hoped to gain nearly match their initial willing;②It seems during the process, cognitions of probation between the outline designer, clinician and student still need to be in-tegrated. Conclusion Clinical probation is a crucialelement of health management practical teaching. It can not only helpstudents to experience the transmission from theoretical knowledge to practical experience but also help thosemaster basic skills. The pro-bationary process still needs to be improved in the future.
