重症监护室是医院重要组成部分，该科室收治的病人疾病类型较多，病情变化也比较快，该科室和其他科室相比面对的往往是一些重症患者，较其他科室工作相比工作强度以及工作压力都更大，并且护理人员需要具备高水准的临床护理操作能力和良好的心态。传统的护理模式虽然能够保证患者顺利完成治疗，但是工作中由于管理不明确等因素等造成护士缺乏培训依从性、临床操作能力差等负面效应。本文将以层级护理管理模式为起点，分析层级管理模式在ICU中的临床应用效果，提高ICU临床护理管理质量。
