安全有效的护理是在护理的过程中，要求护理相关人员严格按照护理的制度以及规程进行操作，保证病患在护理过程中能得安全有效的护理。护理过程中存在很多不安全的因素，这也是在医患关系紧张的一个触发点。为了能够增强护理人员的相关法律意识，以及增强其在护理过程中的预防风险的能力，该综述对肝病科中的护理工作中，容易出现的潜在不安全的因素进行了分析，并针对具体遇到的问题进行了管理对策的建议。
