消化内科涉及的主要疾病有慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、功能性胃肠疾病的研究、炎症性肠病的研究、慢性肝病、消化道肿瘤等，较为多发，病程普遍较长、容易反复。中医认为其病在胃，但与肝脾的关系密不可分，因此，“治未病”健康管理在消化科的应用主要分为未病先防、既病防变、病后防复三个阶段。该文将以消化内科为研究平台，将“治未病”健康管理在消化内科常见疾病的预防和治疗方面的应用进行简单阐述，探讨“治未病”理念在消化内科疾病预防治疗中的效果并浅谈自己的体会。
