目的:观察GYZ型颈前路记忆加压固定器在颈前路手术中的疗效。方法:选择单节段或跨节段颈椎病患者70例,分为2组,A组35例行ACDF+GYZ固定器固定,B组35例行ACDF+前路常规钢板固定。比较2组患者术中出血量、手术时间、JOA评分、VAS评分、融合时间、病变椎间隙高度、Cobb角,分析A组治疗后固定枝距离的变化。结果:A组融合时间、手术时间及住院时间较B组短,术中出血量较B组少( t =7.592、6.273、3.693、9.512,P均<0.05);术后A组病变椎间隙高度和Cobb角均较B组明显改善(P均<0.05);A组治疗后各时间点固定枝距离比较差异有统计学意义(F=858.000,P<0.001)。结论:GYZ型颈前路记忆加压固定器有利于植骨融合,能有效维持椎间高度,近期临床疗效可靠。

목적:관찰GYZ형경전로기억가압고정기재경전로수술중적료효。방법:선택단절단혹과절단경추병환자70례,분위2조,A조35례행ACDF+GYZ고정기고정,B조35례행ACDF+전로상규강판고정。비교2조환자술중출혈량、수술시간、JOA평분、VAS평분、융합시간、병변추간극고도、Cobb각,분석A조치료후고정지거리적변화。결과:A조융합시간、수술시간급주원시간교B조단,술중출혈량교B조소( t =7.592、6.273、3.693、9.512,P균<0.05);술후A조병변추간극고도화Cobb각균교B조명현개선(P균<0.05);A조치료후각시간점고정지거리비교차이유통계학의의(F=858.000,P<0.001)。결론:GYZ형경전로기억가압고정기유리우식골융합,능유효유지추간고도,근기림상료효가고。
Aim:To observe the clinical curative effects of GYZ type memory compression fixator in the cervical ante-rior surgery .Methods:A total of 70 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly assigned into two groups , the GYZ group with GYZ fixator+cage(35 cases)(group A), and the anterior cervical plate group with anterior cervical plate +cage (35 cases)(group B).Intraoperative blood loss, operation time, JOA, VAS, intervertebral fusion time, the affecting ver-tebral intervertebral disc height and Cobb angle were detected .The changes of compression after operation in group A were observed.Results:The intervertebral fusion time, operation time, and hospital stay of group A were shorter than those of group B, and the intraoperative blood loss of group A was less than that of group B (t=7.592, 6.273, 3.693, 9.512, P<0.05).Compared with group B, the affecting vertebral intervertebral disc height and Cobb angle of group A were signifi -cantly improved(P<0.05).The compression at different time points after surgery in group A had statistical difference (F=858.000, P<0.001).Conclusion:GYZ type memory compression fixator is helpful to bone graft fusion and could maintain intervertebral height effectively .
